ASM's classrooms promote active, hands-on, project-based learning, adopting an instructional approach that centers on the child. Our teachers know each student's needs, interests, and learning styles and support his/her development by tailoring activities to expand a student's level of understanding. This approach allows each child to make continuous progress as the expectations for learning are aligned with the developmental level of the individual learner. The instructional program focuses on a balance of skills and concepts within a curricular format that includes units of inquiry and a continuum of skills.
